i called them and was told that they give free estimates. I loaded my 47"" tv drove over 30 miles and took it in. They then told me that it would be $150 to run tests on it. Asked about the free estimate. The guy had the nerve to say, we are doing a consultation right now. Their consultation was to tell me it would be $150 to run test. Called the manager over, he tells me it is $125 to run the tests on it. I took the tv back into the car, the manager wanted to help me put it in the car, i wouldn't let him touch it! These people are liars, classic bait and switch. Drove all the way home and realized that there is a great TV repair right near my home. House of \r
TV repair. $40 to give me an estimate and that goes toward any repairs. They have been in business for 20 yrs. that i know of.
