My request was for a water heater flush and safety inspection. When Scott examined the unit, he found it to be leaking a small amount, He indicated that because it was 12 years old, it was showing signs of aging. He told me I could wait until it would spring a leak which could be a bit of an emergency. It seemed logical to follow through with a replacement. He quoted a price and then indicated it would be $100. less if he were able to go ahead with the replacement. I gave my permission and he called with the order for a 40 gal replacement and proceeded to prepare for removal and replacement. The project went smoothly. As he returned with the replacement, he indicated that I was eligible for a "senior" discount. That sounded wonderful to this octogenarian. His work was smooth, efficient and he explained the workings of the heater. I am most grateful for his efficient skill. Sincerely, Marilyn Jordan
