Nothing is perfect on this Earth,...., but this is a well run company, with competent, friendly people. So,... close to perfect ! Met the ladies first. Their service was first-rate. When the techs arrived, they introduced themselves, had the parts/tools they needed, and went straight to work. Easy to talk to, and to understand, they answered ALL my questions. They finished the job..., cleaned up the mess.., and I only know they were here, because now I can shower DOWNSTAIRS!! Thank you, MMS ! I will call you, again, and recommend you often.
