It's been a couple of months now since Precision Heating and Air installed our new downstairs A/C unit, and we couldn't be happier with the unit. Even in the torrid Austin summer we are having, it is keeping the interior of the house nice and cool, is using a lot less energy, and is as quiet as promised.
During the installation, Joe and his team went above and beyond. The unit was installed on a Friday, and by Friday evening it was evident that the compressor had a faulty fan motor. Expecting to have to wait over the weekend for a new part, we were pleasantly surprised when Joe himself went all over hell and beyond to find a new motor so we wouldn't be without A/C overnight. He and his team did not leave until everything was up and running late Friday evening. Now that's service!
