I have dealt with this company for three years now. The first time was just over two years ago when our AC went out in the middle of summer and we had a small baby in the house.
They came and determined that the whole system had to be replaced which we did for over $3000 on the spot since we felt we did not have any choice. They got here much later than they said they would, but I give them the stars above for at least sticking with it until everything was completed around 1:00 am in the morning. We also got a 10 year warranty on parts and 2 years on labor.
Fast forward to 2013. We were having some issues with our A/C and I called and asked for assistance and to be honest we had a couple of serious communication issues.
However, they did a lot to address the issues and I want to give them kudos for correcting the problems and addressing it as quickly as they could/did. I think that they really work hard to maintain a good reputation and the customer service after the initial issues was really great.
They ordered a new part and will be back in three days.
I will definitely keep them as the maintenance company for our AC in future.
