It was 101 degrees out. We hadn't had cooling in our home for about 3 weeks. I decided enough was enough, but didn't know where to turn, but remembered Home Depot has people in the store to sell services as well as the products. Spoke with a woman who not only was friendly, but called to see if the service people could come out today and at a good price (I was prepared to wait a few days). Alfredo Olivo of ARS/Rescue Rooter Durham came out on on the 3 O'Clock end of the 3 to 6pm time frame, got to the unit that was down, walked and crawled around the property and quickly found that I had a corrosion leak in a copper pipe that was most likely original with the house. He got me a great deal on new piping, and stayed with me until he could temporarily repair the old pipe to get the cooling up and running. He scheduled me for the next business day (a Monday) to install the new pipe and get a cleaning in as well. He was professional and helpful throughout the process and repair. Thank you Alfredo!
