John Schultz was a great air conditioner tech. Was on time for call and very prompt in explaining all that he was going to do and even took time to explain all to my husband who was on phone. I was so nervous to be out of air when temp was so sweltering outside. Would definitely recommend to all. Outstanding customer service. Thank you so much for all you do in the unbearable heat!!!!
