I just thought I would give Donald a Chance, but he is NOT the MAN for the Job. He quoted us rates and had a few other guys do some work for him. He has only a little bit of tools, if that. and also I advanced him Money for matieials(twice) (stupid on my part) , and never saw any of the materials. The work he did try to do or have done was not completed or done correctly. Svae your time and money and use someone that is from a reputable company.
