The only fault I found in working with Dial One is the lack of transparency. I believe that it would be more professional for a company, who deals in high-end home improvement items like AC/Heating units, to let their customers know about such things like the dangers of theft due to copper thieves and the possibility of an extra expense of purchasing an AC Guard. After spending thousands on an AC unit these are not minor issues and Dial One should be more forthcoming with their customers.
Other than that I was very happy with the service and their techs were great!

Regarding purchasing an AC guard, although the choice is yours, we strongly discourage the installation of these types of devices. While we occasionally see theft of commercial AC equipment, it is extremely rare seeing theft of residential equipment that has little or no salvage value. Vandalism is also extremely rare. Additionally, these guards also impede the service tech to properly service your unit. The time is takes to remove and reinstall an AC guard will be reflected each and every time the unit is serviced.
