Review content:
When I had Hunt's plumbing come out to service my furnace, they did a great job. They recommended and installed a new pre-filter for my furnace, and did what they promised to do. Then, I called them because I had a slow drain. They sent someone out to, although he showed me why the drain was slow, left me with a leaky sink. Hunt's was good about sending someone out fix the problem they created, but they sent the same guy out and he had a ybad attitude about fixing the problem he had caused. I won't be calling them back for plumbing work again and, for furnace work, I'll be calling them back that requesting that they not send that same person back to my home.
RESPONSE FROM Hunt's Plumbing and Mechanical:
Good afternoon. I was able to do a little research based on your feedback and I don't show that we did any plumbing work for you. I show an estimate to clear a drain but no work had been done so im not sure what may have caused a leak. I show a second visit of my tech going out to tighten the pop-up assembly that was loose and had no charge. I am very sorry you felt our technician had a bad attitude. I will be sure this gets addressed and in the future we would gladly send you out another technician.
