Precision's Paulino pointed out a few MORE defects to my garage door (other than the damaged hinge that prompted my call to Precision) before he got to the door. He directed us to the broken spring which we were unaware of, and then proceeded to tell us the various ways he could repair our problem, the cost, and Precision's guarantee. After our choice, Paulino said he could complete the work in one-half hour, and did so. Paulino was very competent, wasted no time, seemed to enjoy the work, and very professional.
Other than having to wait till the end of my four hour window for Precision to arrive (a courtesy call would have been appreciated to alleviate my anxiety of waiting), Precision;s Paulino was professional, personable and proficient.
