I had a pool built in my backyard. Atlantic had originally installed my system so I called them to put it back together after the pool was in place. They gave me an estimate which seemed high but I went with them because they were familiar with the system. After a few minutes the head estimator said that a piece of equipment may have been damaged and if so it would be an additional charge. I said okay. I watched the head mechanic work on the additional work. He was the only one who spoke broken english. The rest of the job was complete and the whole crew sat around the head mechanic as he finished his work (about 25 minutes). When I received the bill Atlantic charged me an hourly rate for two mechanics. I spoke to the owner Steven H. Flurry and said I watched them and at most should only be charged one man hour. He told me he believed his men over me and said if I didn't pay he would turn it over to collection agency and spot my credit. When I told him many of my neighbors us
