I'm in the process of buying a house and needed to get an estimate done for water issues in the basement. I set up an appointment, and after finding out I needed something sooner called to try for something sooner. I spoke with someone on the who was nice enough to give me pointers and general info by phone and said if I still wanted them to come, to let them know. I called a few days later, and asked if the appointment was still available and was told ""Yes, you're still on the calendar"". Two weeks later, I met my Realtor at the house and we waited for an hour but no one from Basement Waterproofing showed. When I called the next day, the person at first claimed they didn't know I still wanted the appointment and after I reminded her I CONFIRMED THE APPOINTMENT, she then claimed they weren't able to help and REFUSED to reschedule. Don't waste your time, go elsewhere!! Other businesses offer a lifetime transferable warranty and are much more professional.
