Review content:
The technician from Albert Nahman Plumbing and Heating did good with the content of service. I dropped a tube of toothpaste inside of the toilet and couldn't get it out myself, so I called Albert Nahman. The tech came by and he took a hard time too, because the object was quite heavy and he told us that usually when things drop inside of the toilet they are taken out by a simple vacuuming machine. But that didn't work for my case, so he had to attach the box tape--that is the strong tape--so he put it at the end of the snake right next to the camera. Using the vacuum he pulled out all the water and then he pushed inside the snake with the box tape. Finally he made that tape to be attached to the toothpaste tube and then he slowly pulled it out. We found the toothpaste and took it out--and he took a picture.
It was my first time using them and they were very good but the only thing is that I wasn't really satisfied regarding the price. I'm not talking about the amount of the price itself, but before we called for the service I talked with someone at the office and that woman told me the price would be $50-$70. When the tech came over he charged me an additional $170. I chose Albert Nahman because he sounded ridiculously cheap in the beginning. It would have been nice in the beginning if they might give an approximate price so the customer can decide whether to go with them or not.
