Review content:
As an uninsured American, Aspen was above and beyond what I expected when I suddenly had a toothache. I called in the middle of a weekday, and they worked me in at the end of the day. They notified me I would have to wait, so they could fit me in around patients. When I arrived the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. Even though the schedule was full the wait time was less than what I typically have to spend waiting for a scheduled Doctor appointment! The service and friendly staff far exceeded my expectations. Each staff member I came in contact with was helpful, professional, and a pleasure to work with. In addition I much appreciated the honesty and integrity of the care plans they discussed regarding my situation. They gave me the high middle and low options, described each in detail, and did not pressure me to move forward. I asked if I could take the care plan options home to discuss with my husband and they were happy to do it. Additionally, no one called me to ask if I had made a decision or if I was ready to schedule. They took care of my immediate needs, which was medications, the initial appointment and assessment was free, and no pushy follow up. At this point I could easily take the diagnosis, have the prescriptions filled, and go elsewhere. it has been my experience that they put their customers needs before business. A breath of fresh air in our current world. I highly recommend Aspen for your dental needs, especially if you are un- or under insured, or are a non/established patient suddenly in need of dental services.
