From start to finish I was treated with professionalism ... and respect; considering the angst I already felt about my situation, that last was really appreciated.
They had professional-grade videos that explained every step of the way ... including exactly how to get to the courthouse -- VIDEO, mind you! -- and where to park, etc. Nothing was left to guess at, all you had to do was follow the simple instructions on the videos.
At each step along the way, Mr. Ruff would, again, explain exactly what was going to happen, and what to expect. And that's just the way it all happened, too.
I was none too thrilled with being in the situation I was in ... but Ruff & Cohen made it much more bearable.
Highly, highly recommended!!
