First off my daughters appointment was scheduled for 10:30, we arrived at 10:00 and they didn't see her until 11:15. Then I was told I couldn't go into the back with her, shortly after she was taken to the back I changed my mind. I don't want my three year old alone with a stranger, so I told the receptionists to get my daughter and expressed my concern. She responded by saying, "Your daughter was probably referred here because she's difficult to work with and if you leave today we will not see her again as a patient." Yeah I want my daughter even if I have to go another state to be in a damn room with her. I've never been so displeased with a dentist in my life.
