Dr. Bill and his staff are awsome. We first went to him when we noticed a sore on Winnie's hip. Our normal vet refused to see us as it was near closing time on a Saturday and to call back Monday. Well that just wouldn't do! I looked in the phone book and called Dr. Bill's because they were close by. They too were about to close, but said they would wait for us. Dr. Bill examined Winnie and found that underneath her thick coat of fur, what we thought was a small sore was actually a really nasty one that went down to the bone. Given that she was 14 years old and starting to go into kidney failure (which he also discovered) the best thing to do was to put her down. We were devestated. He gave us all the time in the world to say goodbye to our "1st", and said they would take care of everything. The next day, Sunday, he called us personally to check on us, We never received a bill, and he and some of his staff stayed open well over an hour after closing time. We have now been with the p
