We have been having issues with our sprinkler system for quite some time. To make matters worse, we have been trying to fix our system for quite some time. We have called the same company over and over again, to come out and continue regular service calls. Long story short, we have spent nearly $5,000 on repair work within the last 2 years. Don Hepp took the time to sit down with us and explain that we could have bought a new system for our yard for half that price. He also explained what the real issue was and that if we were dealing with a reputable company, they would have explained our issue (roots)! At the end of the day, Hepp Sprinkler was able to repair our system and we haven't had any issues to date. Additionally, he offered us a discount on a new system at an extremely reasonable price. Bottom line!! We will be going with Hepp Sprinkler from now on regarding repairs and new installations! Excellent Company! Finally - real and honest customer service! My husband an
