Review content:
I have used Arnol numerous times. This time was not good. They came out Wednesday and provided a estimate on the planned project and an up sell to replace an additional shut off valve. I prepaid and set a time for Friday to have the work done. They showed up Friday, shut off the water to my house, cut out the pipe then things went south. The plumber decided to debate if the valve was needed with his boss not to mention after two days of having this scheduled he did not even have the needed valve with him. After several unnecessary hours of delay and no water Arnold sent out a delivery guy with the valve to allow the project to finish. There was no excuse to not have the parts in hand after two days and a site visit. This was not a surprise to them and in fact was the reason for the work call.
