Review content:
I hired KDC Electric to come out and fix an exhaust fan in my bathroom that was rattling. Prior to the servicewoman coming out, I expected that the fan would simply need to be replaced, which I was totally comfortable with. However, once the woman arrived, she decided that she could fix it instead of replace it and it ended up requiring three visits from her to get the rattling to stop. Although she was very friendly, prompt, and professional, I thought it was ridiculous over how I needed to pay for so many days in labor. I ended up telling her after she ordered a part for the fan that I would not be paying her on her third--and final--day of labor to install the part, as I had already paid her several hundred dollars. She ended up agreeing to that but told me that I could never call her again to hire (something I wouldn't have done anyway) which I thought was really strange. Overall, the servicewoman was a lovely woman, but the service conducted was poor and very costly.
