I rent from this company all the time. One of the times I rented, the equipment was running like crap, so I took it back to the store and they exchanged it and gave me even better rate for my troubles. They got the best rates and are very helpful. There equipment is maintained and if you got any problems they are more than easy to deal with. A++ in book.
