I have to agree with some of the things the first poster complained about, such as having to call over and over again about something that should have been done. I also must say this is a very busy office, and I have found the staff to be very friendly. My provider although it seems she couldn't wait to get out of the room during one visit, I felt she was caring.However, I am appalled to hear about the awful privacy violations!!! I was going to make an appointment for an office visit tomorrow, and did a google to find their number. While on hold with their office, I started reading the reviews. I immediately hung up and decided to find another provider. I used to work as a nurse for over 25 years, and I hold the privacy of others to a very high standard. This kind of unprofessional behavior is a very big issue, and I will not take a chance on whether this did or did not happen. I intend to find another provider asap!
