Review content:
We had a backed up pipe in the basement the day before our daughter's birthday party...ugh!! We called Roto-Rooter in Cincinnati around 9 p.m. the night before the party and they sent a plumber immediately! The plumber was thorough and tidy and efficient. He cleaned up everything (we've had back ups before and previous plumbers were not so good at the clean up part) and we were ready for the party the next day, just as planned. We will definitely use Roto-Rooter if we have another back-up, or even just as a preventative measure before a back-up happens again, and hopefully someday we will use then to fix the pipes completely. I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter Plumbing!
