Friday, 7/22/16, two gentlemen I had not met before became my heroes. My air conditioning had failed the night before about 11:35pm leaving me in a puddle of perspiration, a sleepless night and following morning trying to find help. It seemed to be an impossible task until I called ABest Air and heat and was greeted with courtesy and a hope for help.
Due to the on-going high temperatures and recent storms everyone else seemed "too busy" to come to the aid of a 71-year-old woman not coping with an 89 degree house interior. Not so at A Best! I was immediately put on a later afternoon schedule with a promise to call asap.
Sure to their word, I received the call and the "PINK VAN" pulled up behind my car as I drove in the driveway, and the beginning of a successful AC fix began with James and Justin. I am now a proud owner not only of a WORKING air conditioner, I now have a maintenance agreement giving me the confident feeling of knowing with a phonecall, I can receive their help.
THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU AND SPECIAL THANK YOUS TO MY TWO HEROES, JAMES AND JUSTIN!!! (give them something good, they deserve it)
