Since I had a fair experience with Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery the first time; I decided to use them again a second time around. Well, I dropped my rug off to be cleaned and I was quoted a specific price and I was told to come back within a week's time. I picked up the rug and their staff member at that time told me that I would be charged and additional $15 dollars! I paid it to get my rug back, however, I felt like the practice was unethical. Once someone's quotes you a price and the agreement is set - then a deal is a deal! After this last experience with the company I promised to never return back there again. I would not recommend using Fred Remmers Rug Cleaners & Oriental Rug Gallery.
