It was only supposed to take an hour and a half but they strung me along for two days with a variety of excuses. I went four times to pick up the car (having called before hand and given a pickup time). They didn?t have the simple courtesy of letting me know before I got there that it would not be ready at said time. After two days of been jerked around, I drove my windshield less car down the street to MAZ who completed the job in just one hour.
Yes, they are cheap relative to other business, but I found out later that they use a poor grade of glass (hence the lower price). On three of my pick up attempts they told me that the windshield they ordered was defective. This is quite plausible given the low quality of glass they use.
To round out their dysfunctional operation, the women in charge (Jennifer), yells and screams at the workers constantly.
