I wish I would have seen these reviews before taking my best friend to moonbrook. It is 100% true that all they want is money. Dr. Rappole killed my dog at his dental clinic during a routine cleaning. I was and still am devastated. I found out from another vet later that he used the wrong meds and messed up taking out the breathing tube. Yet moonbrook has been harassing me for months over a\r
$250 dollar bill that I refuse to pay. Every time I hear from them, I just think about holding my dogs lifeless body and crying. They are so uncaring about how traumatic this was for me and I don't get why they don't get why I won't pay them for killing my dog. Plus they push that dental clinic when it Is just a danger! I regret ever taking him there. If I didn't, I would have him here with me today and many years to come. Save yourself the heartache and money and go elsewhere.
