Waited 4 business dayas for an estimate. guy showed up late and spent 10 minutes then handed me a folder and said he would e-mail a price. all others got on the roof, came in the house and went in both attics to inspect. I called to voice my displeasure at the lame effort and was pretty mush dismissed by the "Director of Sales", Charlie.\r

Once he found out I was getting 5 estimates, he said the salesperson has been doing it for 30 yrs and they know if someone is getting 5 estimates they will most likely go on price. ARE YOU KIDDING ME???????? He actually ran a price for me over the phone while I was trying to tell him my experience. QUITE insulting to say the least!! he said "Well the smaller guys tend to spend more time on bids..." what's wrong with that??\r

They actually would have been competitive but let me tell you - they don't appear to really care. In this economy find a contractor with references and who is competitive and actually seems to care about the job! Don't settle f
