i have had a lot of experiences with this shop.i spent about $1400.00 for tires, alignment, etc.\r
i bought the first set and they did alignment that time about 2-3 months later and (10-12k miles) i burned the front tires completely they said i had to rotate the tires at 5-6k miles, nest time they changed my front tires (they gave me one of them for free) with alignment same thing happened again , and they said my tie rods was bad. i paid about $400.00 to change tie rods and another couple of tires.about 3-4 months later ( you don't have to think so much ) same thing happened again , and this time they said earlier time was inner tie-rods was bad this time is outer tie-rods bad , so i paid another a few hundred bucks.then i wrote an email to their customer service and they said if my tie-rods was bad nobody can make alignment on this vehicle also they said I'm driving more than averages(I'm still guilty)i told them you don't have to tell to me , you have to teach that to your people and
