I read all of these reviews, armed myself with a free call fee coupon and confidently called them. A very friendly man arrived and put me right at ease, then went about his business. I had a toilet leak and a faucet leak. Toilet needed a new supply hose--retails for $3 to $10. The job requires unscrewing the old one, screwing in the new one--sealing it and getting it tight enough. (That is what I can no longer do myself) Estimate for that job? $239!!! As for the faucet. it was corroded and needed replacing (I believe that) One can buy a passable faucet for around $30 that would be just fine. Replacing it might take as long as half an hour with the accessibility that mine has. That estimate was $414. Obviously, I did not let them do this! So they charged me the call fee. I had to pay them $49 so they could come here and attempt to take me to the cleaners!
