I went from being very hot to being cold. And I'm thankful for that cause it's already hot outside, don't need it to be hot inside too. Alvin C. was a true professional. I enjoyed his calm demeanor and his desire to explain everything to you. You could tell by his movements that the outcome was going to come out just great. When all was done, when all had been checked, when all was working, he just drove off, sorta like into the sunset, kinda made me sad to see him go.
