Review content:
Georgetown Market has some of the most inconsistent customer service I've ever seen for a store of this type. When I asked if a product that was advertised as "gluten free" did in fact have wheat in it (the label said it was GF and that it had "gold n flour") the clerk told me it must be GF or it wouldn't say so on the label. When I asked her to let someone know so that they could check it out, she didn't move an inch toward paper and pen.\r \r She couldn't be bothered to check for the safety of her store's customers.\r \r Upon leaving the store, I called back to speak to a manager and told her what had happened and of my concern for future customers. She said that the checkout clerks wouldn't know about product specifics.\r \r Funny, I never told her I was speaking with a checkout clerk.\r \r It was her.\r \r Bad for for (1) not knowing about the veracity of their product labels, (2) not caring enough to endeavor to find out--ever and (3) hiding the fact that she was the clerk I had just spoken
