Review content:
The service was very good, the tech came and assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do, but I had concerns that the unit needed service again for the same problem as the year before... low coolant levels which to me indicates a leak somewhere. Tech appeared in a hurry to answer my concerns, probably because he had another call to complete about 30 - 40 minutes away, before ending the day. Gave a quick explanation serviced the unit and was on his way. Unit has given any problems to-date. Higher cost of coolant was a concern even with AHS paying $10/lbs. but the cost the company charged was $60/lbs. which means I had was left paying $50/lbs which I think is a bit over the top when there are companies that price at $50 and $40/lbs.
