David was professional and courteous during his visit here. He the time to explain the benefits of a new system over the 15 year system that we currently have. We also knew that our system was old and eventually needing replacing. He answered any and all questions that I had about the new system. He also showed the additional benefits of installing a new system and how it would be superior to what I already had.
