Review content:
We have used Quick's for years. Had a few issues, (same one twice and tire was left deflated for duel tires but all they fixed with out a problem of course we had to revisit again to get it taken care of). But this time we after servicing three of our vehicles, we left the last one for tires to be rotated and balanced along with new windshield blades. When we made the third trip for pick up after hours, husband had paid earlier, we noticed the tires had not been rotated or balanced. My husband needed new tires on his truck (6 which they failed to inform us there was a problem when they rotated them earlier), so when he went out to get new tires he addressed this issue and the other car problem. Not a lot of response other than they were sorry and it was suppose to be taken care of. If he could see it he could tell if it had been done. Well, leaving for trip and didn't have time for another trip across town. We went to McGriff's and they put new tires on and upon return we still have to have the tires rotated, plus another charge for service at Quick's we didn't get back.
Feel this is a fair assessment, but the lack of concern for our inconvenience or loyalty made us reconsider our doing business from this point forward.
