Review content:
I had a clogged sink in the kitchen and Kramer & Sons Plumbing had to have my floor excavated. So the excavation crew had to come out and take care of it. They never really found anything and they never tested after they finished, which I felt was odd.
After they left I had a clog again after a weeks worth of work, so another gentleman came out and he went through and did the rotor system he actually made sure my kitchen sink was working before he left and discovered it was just a clog.
Somewhere during the course of excavating on President's Day they broke the outside faucet. I didn't realize it until months later so they sent out another guy tried to tell me it was the cut off valve that needed to be replaced. Well he did that but then realized I the faucet was broken, which I told him initially so he replaced the cut off for no reason.
I just told Kramer I wish it would have been done right the first time. They aren't the cheapest but they are reasonable and they do stand behind the work.
