Review content:
I initially called after their closing hours. Although closed, they had an employee on to handle phone calls which was terrific. I had two issues which were semi urgent, and I third issue for my convenience. The immediate issue was a running toilet. The parts inside the toilet needed to be replaced. Furthermore, the valve on the bathroom floor which should shut the water to the tank was not working properly either. Until they came the only way to keep the toilet from running was to shut the whole house down with the main water value. The King George rep allowed me to text her pictures of my parts that needed replacement so she knew exactly what their plumbers needed for me. We set appointment to fix that and to install a gas line. I was switching from an electric dryer to a gas dryer. I could go into details on each. They came, did their work properly, for a fair price.
