Review content:
Gem Plumbing Heating replaced my hot water heater. The plumber (Brian P) that removed the old one and installed the new one was thoroughly professional and diligent. The removal, installation, testing and clean up was done methodically and efficiently. I am very satisfied with that aspect of experience.
The administrative part was not as well done. I had to call several times to get a useful time range of when they would be at my house. I never got a call back that was promised until Brian P called to say he was on his way. Each time I called I gave my cell as my contact number. Luckily, the last time I called I asked the person what contact # they were showing and they gave my home phone #. That aspect of their operation needs to be improved.
