Outstanding. They made an appointment the same day I called. I was called 30 min. prior to the service rep. arriving. I also rcvd an email with his picture and name. He diagnosed my problem quickly, covered options to correct the problem, covered things to watch for in the future. He then quickly fixed the problem and we were able to take care of payment on the spot. My receipt arrived on email. This is the second time I have used Superior and their service is such that they will always be my first call
