We have enjoyed the professionalism shown by all of the Sierra employees. From the office workers who have followed up with appointments to the workers who installed the new furnaces/air conditioners, and duct work. We enjoyed talking with the Sierra professionals who worked at our house this week. We admire them for their team work, positive attitudes and getting everything done in one day. Our home is more comfortable now that the Lennox products have been installed. We were especially appreciative of you, Junior and how you showed us how our house could be improved with Lennox and new duct work. Seeing pictures of what we had and how Sierra could improve and update the old system was the eye opener. We'd also like to thank Jason for it was his initial inspection that lead the way to repairing what we had to improving or what we could have. Again, Sierra has shown us that the entire company works as a positive team and we appreciate them. Thanks to everyone.
