I went to the Houston location. I would give negative stars if the rating system allowed me to do so. "Doctor" Kimberly is NOT A DERMATOLOGIST. She tries to trick you into think she is because all of her workers call her doctor but she never really says she is herself.. SHE IS NOT A DOCTOR. I've spent over $2,000 over the course of 6 months on her "skin plan" and recommended skin care products for me that didn't work at all! The plan was that I was supposed to come in for both pimple/blackhead extraction and also laser treatment sessions for once a month and that her employees were supposed to call me to schedule an appointment because she was so booked that I'd have to plan my time around hers.. Also I was supposed to pay a monthly payment of 300 every time I showed up for my session because I didn't want to pay the full payment upfront... Weird right?? I just went along with it because my acne was so bad that I was willing to try ANYTHING. anyways, so they scheduled once a month without any issues for about 3 months straight until my 4th session... I showed up at the office and they told me the "Doctor" wasn't in today and that I still have to pay my $300 even though I wasn't getting serviced that month!!! My natural response was.. "Uh why didn't I get a call that my appointment was cancelled !? Will this month be rescheduled to another month?".. Then it started getting super sketchy after that because they were just like "oh sorry but it's in the contract".... So do I get to reschedule my appointment? Nope.. Did I still have to pay? Yes I did. At my next session , I got to see the "Doctor" and told her how I believe that I was being scammed by her. She apologized and gave me free products to shut me up I guess. Sessions after that, they started cancelling my extraction sessions because the esthetician wasn't there to do them... And i still had to pay for the full session. They also told me that they would reschedule them but never did and also stopped scheduling me for my appointments. Even though they stopped rescheduling me, I was still receiving bills in the mail from them. I called them about that but they said I still had to pay. I just said "okay I'm not gonna pay y'all if I'm not getting serviced" and hung up. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL AND SCAMMERS. "DOCTOR" Kimberly IS NOT A REAL DERMATOLOGIST. She just makes her workers call her that so you just assume and won't question her qualifications!!!!!!!!!!!!
