I gotta say....I'm spoiled with getting Mike today. First, he made a phone call to make sure it was ok if he came over early. Second, he wore booties (though not necessary) which right away says courtious. Third and the most important....he was very personable! Willing to have a conversation and did well explaining while he fixed the problem. You guys have a customer for life. Oh and the work was super fast. God bless you Mike!
