Francisco first came out to our house when our water heater was making loud noises and had to be cranked up to give us any hot water. He checked out everything and then told me what the problem was: the 8-year-old water heater was failing. He gave me a couple of solutions, and I chose the one that was within my budget, knowing that we would have to replace the water heater eventually. I loved that he took the time to explain the system to me and he didn't try to pressure me into the most expensive solution. Just yesterday, we finally replaced our water heater using Meridian Plumbing, and their service was quick, friendly and professional. Francisco and his coworker did the replacement, and he was just as great as our first meeting. I will definitely call them with any plumbing needs I have in the future.
