Jake was the representative from Meridian Plumbing who fixed our leaking toilet. We called Meridian Plumbing in the morning and had total resolution of the problem by 1:00 in the afternoon. Everyone from the phone receptionist to Jake who fixed the problem was very professional and courteous. Jake was careful to explain what the problem was and educated us as to our options. Jake was very courteous, professional and efficient. Great experience with this company. We have used them before and will definitely use them for future needs.
