John Moore definitely takes advantage of a single woman. They know that when you are in a situation that needs immediate attention, they can tell you anything. I asked many questions about what they said needed to be done and they had an answer for everything. I have regreted calling them. The guys doing the work are awesome, but watch out for the one that comes out to tell you what all is wrong. They will charge you thousands of dollars for things that you will probably find out don't need to be replaced. They told me I needed a new hot water heater because mine was leaking water out of the spout in the back of my house. Come to find out by someone else I didn't need a new one. So I told John Moore just to repair mine and they told me to bring it to code would be $1100. The original paper I signed when they told me I needed a new one was $1300. So...you do the math. They have screwed me royalty. BE CAREFUL...I would call someone else.
