I was having issues with my a/c. I had not used it all winter the first warm day in spring I switched on the a/c but it would not turn on. \r
I call john Moore late in the day. They set up an appointment to come out the very next day. The customer service person was very helpful. The service guy that came out was very nice and knowledgable. He found the issue with my a/c not turning on. He also gave me options for other issues that I had with my a/c unit. They made me feel important as a customer and I also learned a lot about my a/c unit, because the service man took the time to explain how everything works.
