I called John Moore at 7 am on a Friday morning for a leak through my first floor ceiling the night before, which luckily, I was able to find and stop. I was given a two-hour window for their arrival. In less than two hours, a water restoration specialist arrived. By noon, the second technician arrived to place the drying equipment in my home. By early afternoon, the third technician found another leak, which was repaired within minutes. All of these gentlemen were very prompt and professional. All of them called me approximately 40 minutes prior to their arrival. I would definitely recommend John Moore to anyone needing plumbing or water restoration services.
