While in the parking garage at my office, a foreign substance I believe to be liquid concrete was dripped all over the hood of my car. I worked like crazy to get the substance off myself using the typical dawn/soap, etc. After a lot of elbow grease, I was sick to my stomach and fearing a new hood would be needed. The owner of Sharonville Car Wash personally oversaw the buffing/waxing of what I thought was a hopeless cause. I am not exaggerating when I say the person who does that work is nothing less than a miracle worker. There are still some minor issues where the concrete took off the paint (not the fault of Sharonville Car Wash - went into the car wash with the problem), but I'm not kidding when I say that the unfocused eye wouldn't even notice. I can't say enough nice things about the owner, the hard-working staff and the service/attitude. And...this is a small business owner. Support this business because they support their customers!!! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
