All of our kitchen appliances are from Major Appliance and I have been nothing short of impressed by them.When we were shopping for our refrigerator the staff was friendly, helpful, and never pushy. I never felt like I was being pressured and the gentleman helping us was so knowledgeable that I left knowing exactly what I was getting.I've only needed to make one service call and their service department is great too. I noticed what was either a scratch or small crack on my new glass stove top. They came out the next day to look at it and returned a couple days later with a new glass top for me. The service technician was quick and professional.When the time comes to replace our appliances, we'll definitely be going back to Major Appliance.
